I’m thrilled to finally share our kids’ Halloween costumes for 2016: Rey and BB-8! (YES, that BB-8 in the picture is a costume) Last weekend, both our little Star Wars fans got all dressed up and we took a bunch of photos. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
HAPPY MAY THE FOURTH EVERYONE!! Do I even need to say anything else? 🙂
We are celebrating by adding everyone’s favorite new droid to our popular Star Wars Party Pattern series!
Having seen The Force Awakens, I really want to watch all 6 of the other Star Wars movies again. What better way, than curled up on the couch with a cozy BB-8 fleece blanket, and a cup of Hoth Chocolate in a Chewbacca mug… and possibly a plate of Imperial Star Destroyer crackers.
I am still processing the movie… so more on that in a different post. Instead, today we are thrilled to share M4P guest writer and LEGO® “Master Builder” Peter Guenther‘s review of the ship whose appearance in The Force Awakens made me squeal with joy. Take it away Peter…
The Force Awakens, LEGO® has released a new version of the Millennium Falcon, set 75105. Weighing in at an impressive 1329 pieces (plus a few extras, just in case), six minifigures plus a droid, and a price tag of $149.99, is this set worth the investment?
The first batch of the M4P The Force Awakens Perler Pixel Patterns are done! #1 and I have completed 9 designs, so that will keep us posting The Force Awakens patterns on our “Pixel Mondays” until the end of the year. And I would think that once we see the movie, we will want to create a few more. I am especially interested in Lupita Nyong’o’s and Andy Serkis’ motion capture characters.
#1 had been looking forward to making BB-8 for months, so it was the first one we completed. It seems to be a good one to start with, here as well.
