Do you guys remember last week when I was so excited to share being in the Star Wars Celebration video? Turns out I have more exciting news to share with you guys!
There is an article about me, featuring my Star Wars creations on starwars.com.
YUP! The real, official Star Wars website. WOO-HOO!!!!
I had the pleasure of meeting Kristin Baver, a writer (and fellow Star Wars geek) from starwars.com at the Star Wars Celebration Chicago. We had a nice long chat, I showed her pictures of my kids in Star Wars costumes, and she took some photos of me in front of the amazing X-wing exhibit. Then yesterday, as a lead up to Star Wars Day (aka May the Fourth be with You!) she posted a wonderful piece, featuring some of my creations.
Without further ado, here it is:
STARWARS.COM FAN SPOTLIGHT: ANETTE
THIS CRAFTY FAN AND HER FAMILY HAVE BEEN MAKING STAR WARS COSTUMES, DECOR, AND SNACKS TO CELEBRATE STAR WARS DAY FOR YEARS!
Thanks for all the support y’all! In the past couple of weeks I have received so many nice comments, shares, requests for the Jar Jar pattern, and you have shared the photos you took of me at the Celebration. It has been so much fun to get to know so many of you. THANK YOU!
