They say spring is for new romances, and indeed, in April of this year we all fell in love! BB-8 is one of the cutest movie character to come along in years. And of course we all really, really, really wanted one of our own! Since the lab at M4P is equipped to make any full size robot, as long as it can be built with duct tape… a full-size, working BB-8 was out of the question. However, these M4P exclusive mini-versions were well within our abilities.

In my day job, I spend a lot of time designing food labels and packaging. So it was just a matter of time before we started making fake Star Wars food labels for our parties. This was my first stab, and I am really happy to be sharing them with you guys. Feel free to download the pdf or the jpegs below and use for your own parties.
No proper Star Wars party should be without a Star Wars Cantina or Chalmun’s Cantina, as it is actually called. Cos-play can be serious work, and lots of costumes are really warm (just ask my daughter after wearing her Chewie costume for 4 hours). So you need to make sure your guests are well hydrated. Just promise that all lightsabers are checked at the entrance – we suspect all your guests will want to leave with all their limbs intact.
If you still have green food coloring left over after our last post, here is our encore: the dessert version of Lemonyoda. A punch with a pinch of color, a scoop of sweet, and just like the last recipe, a barrel-full of midi-chlorians.
