Halfway there: Day 3 of the vector Star Wars Christmas silkscreen patterns… Yoda in a Santa Hat. I am thinking I need to make these designs in cut paper or sticky vinyl. They would be really fun to put up as wall or widow decals.

DIY Stormtrooper Christmas Shirt
Today is Day 2 of “M4P Mom’s Star Wars in Santa Hats” week. (or as she says it in Swedish, Star Wars i Tomtehattar.)
The patterns can of course be used for a lot of things other than T-shirts. I can see these patters being used for silk screens on a variety of different materials, or printed out and used as Christmas gift tags (or even Christmas cards – despite what my mom says). If I had an embroidery sewing machine, I would totally embroider these on tote bags, or kitchen towels. Feel free to send me your ideas – and PLEASE send me your pictures!
DIY C-3PO Christmas Shirt
“Sweetie, you are not putting Star Wars characters in Santa hats on your Christmas cards, are you?” M4P Mom asked in a worried tone last week.
One of the things I do as my day job, is designing custom, high-end cards. So needless to say, I always design our own Christmas cards. I have been working on this year’s design for a month now. I never give any sneak peeks, and my mom was concerned, thinking with the movie and all, the cards were going to be Star Wars themed. Because that would be just…. Wrong.
DIY Party Yoda Shirt
Never mind the mere 7 weeks until Christmas. Today, there are exactly 6 months until May the Fourth!! So maybe a “Happy May the Fourth be with You and a half” is in order…
This made me realize that there are patterns and downloads we promised to post, and just never got to. So lets try to get through our backlog, shall we! And since we are already talking about May 4th, lets start with another one of our popular “May the Fourth be with You Party” shirt designs.
Happy Halloween!
We are ready for Trick-or-Treating!
We made the R2-D2 costume for #1 a few years ago, and it now fits our son perfectly…. which made the choice for the other characters obvious. Click here for more photos from our shoot 2 weeks ago.

The Big Reveal!
M4P 2015 DIY Star Wars Costumes: C-3PO and R2-D2.
C-3PO and R2-D2 are just like our kids. They fight, argue, bicker, they insult and occasionally even kick each other… Don’t believe me? Here are some side-by-side comparisons from A New Hope, and our house.
